Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to love your Eiggic pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging, where applicable
Free from makeup, perfume, or other signs of wear

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Worn or washed items
Items without original tags
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@eiggic.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return.
We’ll review your request and send you return instructions.
Pack the items securely with the original tags attached.
Ship the package to the return address above using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size if the item is in stock. To request an exchange, email us at support@eiggic.com within 28 days of delivery.

If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@eiggic.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
